Approvals from Planning Commission, Common Council
We are pleased to report that Journey21’s requests for an amendment to the city's comprehensive land use plan, zoning change, and planned development overlay were approved by the Oconomowoc Common Council on August 17th.
These requests had passed through the Oconomowoc Planning Commission on August 4th. Now we look forward to working with the city on major design reviews and detailed planning for site improvements, utilities, and grading and paving. We are hoping to break ground in Spring/Summer 2022.
