Haddie Holz, Marketing & Campaign Coordinator
Haddie was born and raised in Oconomowoc and is proud to be part of such an impactful organization and mission rooted right in her hometown. She earned her degree in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa, where she was also a member of the women’s soccer team.
Her professional background includes experience in the technology industry, with a strong focus on marketing strategy, social media management, event planning, and client engagement. In addition to her role at Journey21, Haddie serves as the head coach for the Oconomowoc High School girls’ varsity soccer team.
Haddie is passionate about creating inclusive spaces and meaningful opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her commitment to the IDD community is inspired by her cousin, who has cerebral palsy, and her long-standing involvement with Special Olympics.
Outside of work, Haddie enjoys spending time with her husband and their mini bernedoodle, Mayzie. Her favorite activities include boating on Lac La Belle, taking her 1979 cj7 Jeep out for a drive, or simply hosting her friends and family for a home-cooked meal.
